To decide
the best way a VA from By the "BYTE" can help to
grow your business, we typically recommend you:
1. Decide
what it is that you want.
Identifying the
exact end result you are hoping to achieve is the first step. Stay
very general and try not to focus on specifics. Would you
like to feel less pressured? Do you want more free time?
Do you procrastinate on things that need to be done? Do you
want to make progress on certain initiatives?
2. Make
a list of tasks that will get you there.
If you want more
free time, what are the most time-consuming tasks, make a
list of these. If you want to stop procrastinating, make
a list of tasks that you frequently put off. If you
are feeling stressed, what are the things that you believe
create stress in your life and make a list of those also.
3. Decide
what to delegate!
Get started by delegating
out to the VA what items you can from the lists that you
made... this ensures that you are sure to get the result
you are hoping for. From there, get into the habit of delegating
to a VA items from your list that don't need to be done by
you personally... you'll be amazed by how much your productivity
is boosted.
